Moonbase is a fan created content zone of LEGO Universe. Moonbase.lu is a fan managed site to assist in the development of the Moonbase on LEGO Universe.
The Moonbase was originally conceived by members of the A-Team. The A-Team is made up of LEGO User Partners or LUPs that were invited to join in the initial fan content build out of LEGO Universe.
Two of our members, Eric Kingsley and Joel Hoornbeek, were members of the original 5 person LUP team which began in late 2006. We ended up calling ourselves the “Alpha” LUPs so when we formed our team The A-Team was a logical name for our group.
