The Moonbase being a highly disciplined and structured workplace with a heavily screened workforce this small cell is used quite infrequently.  During a recent raid attempt however a member of a new [[NPCs:Piratron]] faction member was captured and is seen here in the cell.

The cell is meant for very short term use and requires prisoners to be moved to a central holding facility fairly quickly.
